Enjoy a special evening with Brooklyn author Tyler C. Gore, who will read selections from his hilarious and bittersweet collection, My Life of Crime: Essays and Other Entertainments.

Hosted by poet and filmmaker Chad Faries, author of Amasa Speaker Factory, this event will also include short readings by the illustrious members of ESTUARY Magazine's Creative Writing Club, featuring SSU writers Kayla Cohens, Kira Farris, Malana Ramos, and Nyree Wright.

The reading will be followed by a short Q & A and a book signing by the author. For this special occasion, books will be sold at half-off the cover price.

"Tyler Gore writes with the gleeful, soulful wisdom of a fallen angel."

— Anne Pierson Wiese, author of WHICH WAY WAS NORTH

"Full of the people and peculiarities of NYC...told with the wide-eyed wonder of someone in love with the place — even the worst of it."
